Shipping policy

Our shipping times for pre order items is a MINIMUM of 3 weeks from date of dispatch. We do our best to have items arrive as quickly as possible. Please check product description to find out if it is a pre order item

All orders shipped from the store are sent with NZ POST. This shipping expectation is 3 to 5 business days. We take no responsibility for how long NZ POST take to collect the item from us. But we do our best to get it picked up efficiently. We also take no responsibility for any delays caused by our courier service

In the event of a lost or missing parcel please contact NZ post with your tracking numbers to lodge a claim. Then send me an email so I can also keep an eye on it.
